How does the ordering process work?
Choose a plan on our Pricing page, click “Order”, and complete the order form with your project details. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email, followed by your order details and next steps.
How will I receive my designs?
All designs are digital and delivered to the email address you provide in your order form — as attachments or a secure download link. No physical products are shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on your plan, from 2 business days (Starter Logo) to 10 business days (Premium Brand & Website). The timer starts once your payment is confirmed and we have your project details.
What if I don’t like the first concepts?
Every plan includes revisions. Tell us what to change and we will refine the design. Our goal is that you are 100% happy with the final result.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel before work starts or if we fail to deliver on time. Partial refunds are available in specific cases — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Do I own the final design?
Yes. After full payment, you receive full commercial rights to your final approved designs, including source files where included in your plan.
