All Nevas Design products are digital services. No physical products are shipped — everything is delivered electronically to your email.

1. How Delivery Works

After you submit the order form, you receive an automatic confirmation by email. Your design concepts, revisions and final files are all delivered to the email address you provided, as attachments or via a secure download link.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are in business days and start once payment is confirmed and we have received your project details.

3. File Formats

Depending on your plan, files are delivered as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and/or editable source files (such as Figma).

4. Delays

If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email. If we fail to deliver your first concepts within the stated time plus 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.

5. Didn’t Receive Your Files?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find your files, contact us and we will resend them right away.
