1. Our Services

Nevas Design provides digital graphic design services, including logo design, brand identity, stationery design, social media graphics and website UI design, as described on our Pricing page. Each plan includes the deliverables, number of revisions and delivery time listed for it.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is placed when you select a plan and submit the order form. We may decline an order that falls outside our services or violates these terms; in that case, any payment is fully refunded.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Work begins once payment is confirmed and we have received your project details.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and a clear project brief.
• Respond to our messages within a reasonable time.
• Ensure you have the right to use any text, images or materials you send us.

5. Delivery & Revisions

All designs are delivered digitally to the email address provided in your order. Delivery times start once payment is confirmed and the brief is received. Revisions are limited to the number included in your plan; additional revisions may be quoted separately. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive full commercial rights to the final approved designs. Unused concepts and drafts remain the property of Nevas Design. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Prohibited Content

We do not create designs that are illegal, infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights, or promote hate, violence, discrimination or adult content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nevas Design is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or designs. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You are responsible for any trademark registration and legal checks for your final design.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
