At Nevas Design, your satisfaction matters. Because our products are custom digital design services, this policy explains clearly when you are entitled to a full or partial refund and how to request one.

1. Overview

This policy applies to all plans purchased on nevasdesign.com. All our services are digital and delivered by email. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Full Refund (100%)

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• You cancel your order before our designers begin work (within 24 hours of payment and before any concept is delivered).
• We fail to deliver your first concepts within the stated delivery time plus 7 days, without having informed you of a delay.
• You were charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount, for the same order.
• We are unable to accept your project (for example, if it falls outside the services we offer).

3. Partial Refund (50%)

If you have received your initial concepts and used all revisions included in your plan, and the designs still do not reasonably match the requirements in your original brief, you may request a 50% refund within 7 days of receiving the initial concepts.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• After the final files have been delivered and approved by you.
• Change of mind after work has been completed.
• Requests for changes outside the scope of the original brief or plan.
• When the client does not respond or provide required information for more than 30 days after ordering.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before work starts by emailing admin@nevasdesign.com with your order details. Cancellations before work starts receive a full refund. Once work has started, the partial refund terms above apply.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to admin@nevasdesign.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

• Your full name and the email used for the order
• The plan you purchased and order date
• The reason for your request

We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly and fairly. We kindly ask that you reach out before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider.
